Cancellations: We ask for a minimum of 24 hours advance notice. Late cancellation will result in a full fee charge.

Late Arrival: To respect the schedules of your provider and subsequent clients, any arrival more than 15 minutes late will require rescheduling your appointment. When possible, a shortened treatment may be provided. Full fees apply
